Plans Unveiled for Phillips 66 in Los Angeles, CA
Phillips 66, developed in partnership with Catellus Development Corporation and Deca Companies, unveiled new plans and images for the planned town center. In addition to 6.1 million square feet of industrial space planned, the new development will showcase retail, restaurants, community offices, and indoor and outdoor sports facilities.
