Timnath Lakes is a master-planned community centered around 27 acres of man-made lakes in northern Colorado. Developed by Catellus, the community will include more than 130 acres of open space, over six miles of trails, four fishing piers, a recreation center and pool, and other amenities. A community park will also offer residents a fruit orchard, garden plots, and a playground.
