Catellus was appointed lead developer for the 2,100-acre hyperscale data center development in 2024. Currently, 2.4 GW of power is under development with 17.4 million square feet of data centers entitled. Additonally, the project will include a 40-mile fiber connection from Frederick County, Maryland, to a data hub in Loudoun County, Virginia.
