C. William (Bill) Hosler serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Catellus where he oversees the day-to-day operations as well as accounting and administration, tax, financing, and investor relations.

Mr. Hosler has previously served on the Investment Committee of his former company, Morgan Stanley, where he was the Chief Financial Officer of their Real Estate Funds.

Mr. Hosler received his Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the University of Notre Dame and his Master of Business Administration from the Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia.
