Catellus selected as Master Developer for Colorado Heights University campus in Denver, CO

Colorado Heights University selected Catellus as Master Developer for the 70-acre Loretto Heights campus, originally built in the late 1800s, following a six-month search that had a goal of finding a developer who would preserve the site's historic administration building and chapel.

"It would be impossible to see a situation where a developer wouldn't stand on the street looking at those buildings and not want to preserve them," said Tom Marshall, executive vice president of Catellus, in an interview with the Denver Business Journal.

Catellus will undertake an extensive community outreach process while conducting market studies.
