Prairie Glen Corporate Campus at The Glen is a 92-acre business park and part of a 1,000-acre master-planned community created during the redevelopment of the former Glenview Naval Air Station. The development, situated on prime property on Chicago's North Shore, is home corporate headquarters and a 32-acre preserved prairie grassland.

Project Highlights

Catellus was responsible for the complete planning and development of the Prairie Glen Corporate Campus. Catellus secure parcels 21, 22 and 23, which are situated in the northern part of the Glen. Amenities of The Glen include:

  • Town Center is a $250 million, pedestrian-oriented environment with shopping, restaurants, entertainment venues and open space 
  • Two world-class golf courses: The Glen Club (a top-100, 18-hole golf course) and The Glenview National (nine-hole executive course) 
  • Kohl Children’s Museum which provides hands-on learning for children ages birth to eight years 
  • A LEED® Platinum certified Interpretive Center for the surrounding open space and prairie
