The development, situated on prime property on Chicago's North Shore, is home to several corporate headquarters, a 140-acre park, a $20 million public fitness facility, entertainment venues, retail shops and an 18-hole golf course.

Catellus purchased the site in the greater Los Angeles area in 2000. The redevelopment included extensive environmental remediation and infrastructure development. The site is now managed as an industrial development by Catellus' parent company, ProLogis (NYSE: PLD).
