Todd Schefler

Executive Vice President - Development

Todd Schefler, Executive Vice President of Catellus Development Corporation, is responsible for acquisition and development activities in the northeast United States, including the redevelopment of Teterboro Landing, a 55-acre, mixed-use development adjacent to Teterboro Airport in New Jersey. In addition, Mr. Schefler, along with Mr. Weaver, is responsible for the redevelopment of the 862-acre Willow Grove Naval Air Station-Joint Reserve Base in Horsham, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Schefler has previously served as the Senior Vice President and Regional Director of Development for the northeastern US Catellus developments during Prologis’ ownership. Prior to joining Catellus, Mr. Schefler worked at Tarragon Corporation in New York, Burroughs Development in Paramus, New Jersey, and Williams Real Estate in New York. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in natural science and astrophysics from the University of Pennsylvania and his master of business administration degree from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania in May 2013.
