Leo Lopez

Leo Lopez, Senior Vice President of Catellus Development, is responsible for vertical construction on several projects nationally. Current projects include Prairie Glen Corporate Campus, a 90-acre office park in Glenview, Illinois, Circlepoint Corporate Center, a 90-acre public/private partnership with the city of Westminster, Colorado and Mueller, a 700-acre mixed-use redevelopment in Austin, Texas.

Leo’s vertical development experience includes retail, office and other commercial construction. Prior to joining Catellus in 2000, Mr. Lopez’s experience included more than 10 years managing design and construction for a wide variety of retail, restaurant and hospitality projects spanning most major U.S. markets for such companies as CompUSA and Security Capital, as well as several construction and architectural firms.

Mr. Lopez received his Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture from The University of Texas at Austin and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, with an emphasis in Real Estate and Corporate Finance.
