Fei Dai

Vice President - Development

Fei Dai, Vice President – Development for Catellus Development Corporation, is responsible for valuation, acquisition, disposition and financing activities and is involved in leasing, property management, affordable housing and planning efforts. Ms. Dai also works with City of Austin on project reporting as well as public financing issuances for Mueller, the 700-acre redevelopment of the Robert Mueller Municipal Airport in Austin, Texas.

Before joining Catellus in 2005, Fei was an assistant professor with Hunan University in China where she was involved in various architectural design, development and research projects. She also gained her real estate experience through working for CB Richard Ellis in their retail and industrial brokerage sections.

Ms. Dai received a Ph.D from Kagoshima University in Japan and an M.B.A. from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. She also obtained a Master’s degree in Architecture from Hunan University in China. Ms. Dai is currently an advisory council member of the Real Estate Finance & Investment Center at the University of Texas.
