Gregory J. Weaver is President of Catellus Development Group, in Denver, Colorado. Mr. Weaver joined Catellus in 2000. He has assumed many roles at Catellus including project director leading the redevelopment of Robert Mueller Municipal Airport, a 711-acre, mixed-use development located in the heart of Austin, Texas.
Mr. Weaver also was responsible for the development of the Stapleton Business Center, a 300-acre, 3.5 million square foot industrial business park in Denver, Colorado (a portion of the 4,700-acre Stapleton redevelopment) and CirclePoint Corporate Center, a 65-acre, 1.3 million square foot office project in Westminster, Colorado.
Mr. Weaver began his commercial real estate career with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE)
in its North County San Diego Office in 1992 and was responsible for the marketing of a 500-acre business park, known as the Carlsbad Research Center. In 1996, he transferred to CBRE's Oakland/East Bay office, and in 1999 he joined Cornish & Carey as a founding partner in their Oakland/East Bay office.
Mr. Weaver graduated from the University of San Diego with a Business Administration degree with a Real Estate Finance emphasis.
