Based in Cranbury, New Jersey, Glenn Stock focuses on our land development, entitlement and environmental strategies for the eastern United States and plays an integral role in the acquisition team and vertical development process. Mr. Stock has worked on many, large scale brownfield redevelopment projects in the northeastern United States, including the Port Reading Business Park in Woodbridge, New Jersey (300 acres), the Teterboro Town Center in Teterboro, New Jersey (62 acres) and the Elizabeth Seaport Business Park (177 acres) in Elizabeth, New Jersey.
Prior to joining Catellus and ProLogis, Mr. Stock was a Partner and President for an ENR Top 150 Environmental Engineering and Construction Management Firm, ET Environmental. Formed as a joint venture between Emcon and Turner Construction Company, this $45 Million enterprise specialized in brownfield redevelopment projects across the United States as well as design/build projects of industrial facilities.
Mr. Stock earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey, and a Master's Degree in Management from Georgia Tech.
