Ann Sperling, Managing Director at Catellus Development Group, is responsible for business strategy, overall operations, marketing and finance.
Ms. Sperling began her real estate career focused on retail development, leasing and construction. Prior to joining Catellus, Ms. Sperling assumed many roles at Trammell Crow Company over a 25-year period. Her most recent role was Senior Managing Director/Area Director for the Rocky Mountain Region of the United States. Her responsibilities included incorporating all service lines for institutional and corporate customers, including investment sales, brokerage, management, construction, financial reporting and new business development. In 2006, Ms. Sperling was recognized as Area Director of the Year, and in 2003, she received a Company Service Excellence Award. She also was appointed to sit on the Operating Committee of Trammell Crow Company.
Ms. Sperling graduated from Tufts University with a Bachelor of Science Degree (Magna Cum Laude). She earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Harvard University. She is an active member of the Urban Land Institute, serving on the Colorado District Council Advisory Committee and on the National Council for Industrial and Office Product. She is a recent board member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
