Greg Moore

Mr. Moore is responsible for overseeing operations of Catellus’ retail and mixed-use assets throughout the United States. Mr. Moore joined Catellus in 2005 and has previously been involved in new project development and leasing as well as oversight of a multi-million square foot portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties.
Mr. Moore began his career in real estate in 1989 with The Hahn Company/TrizecHahn, one of the nation’s largest developers of regional and super-regional shopping centers. During this time he gained extensive experience in management, leasing and construction on several large retail projects throughout the country and earned several company awards for management and leasing achievement. Mr. Moore then joined Crosspoint Realty Services where he was responsible for overseeing a 2 million square foot portfolio of retail and office projects in Northern California.
Mr. Moore attended San Diego State University majoring in Political Science and Economics and he holds the CSM designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers.
