Pat McHenry, Senior Vice President at Catellus Development Group, is responsible for overseeing the retail leasing strategy and supports our development group in all facets that influence the successful performance of Catellus' retail projects including site plan design and lease-up.
Ms. McHenry began her real estate career at Consolidated Capital focusing on property and market analysis. She then joined Trammell Crow Company and subsequently CB Richard Ellis and added over 20 years of experience in retail leasing, sales and development. During Ms. McHenry's long brokerage career she was repeatedly recognized as the top retail performer in Denver by NAIOP, the Denver Commercial Association of Realtors and the Denver Business Journal. Ms. McHenry has extensive experience in ground-up centers, mixed-use projects and urban specialty retail.
Ms. McHenry graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering. She earned a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Stanford University.
